The project is situated in a calm suburban area in the eastern side of the city of Tirana. The aim was to build a new type of residential complex in the area consisting of 3 low rise apartment buildings with 3 storeys each and 2 multifamily houses. The apartments and the houses are spacious inside and the complex has plenty of green areas.

The terrain had a considerable slope, therefore the buildings were placed in steps, to avoid doing environmental damage to the area and to avoid massive digging and displacement of soil. This means that the plot is accessed on 2 points, the lower street and the higher street. Both points are controlled entrances which do not interfere in any way with the existing infrastructure.
