Amber hotel is the latest addition in the village of Borsh, a 45 room hotel organized around a plaza that is open to the public. Alongside guest amenities, it has a number of areas that are accessible to the public including an exhibition space, a bar and a public space for open engagement rather than private consumption, which becomes the centerpiece of the hotel. For this to be achieved, the majority of facilities are located in a V shape structure that is elevated above the square shaped ground. This allows for an open, public plaza at ground level to host cultural events and maximize the exposure of guestroom to the sun and the sea.

The entrance, meanwhile, comprises a beach bar, three swimming pools, one restaurant and a playground for toddlers.

Greenery features prominently in the plaza to offset the concrete structure and locally sourced materials.
