Ciao Borshi is a new 4 star hotel beachfront plot, located in Borsh village, in the Albanian Riviera. The architectural design attempts to recall the local materials such as the southern typical stone, wood, greenery, neutral, earthy colors. This promotes a special experience for the guests, connecting them with the nature, blending the indoor and outdoor experience.  The hotel is designed primary as a cuboidal volume in four floors. In the first floor takes place the restaurant and hotel entrance, covered in natural stone and wood panels. The hotel is organized in three upper floors. The first one is treated differently to create a gap between the stone volume and the white one, improving the building proportions. The whole building is oriented by the sea, with large openings, covered with movable wooden brise soleil.
