This project is located on the green hills above Livadh beach in Himara, overlooking the beach and the Ionian Sea.

The initial idea was to build a hotel with the view of the sea, but since the terrain was very steep and rugged, we decided to scatter the hotel into 5 modules. Following the shape of the terrain, these modules were placed in symmetrical alignment with the central axis of the site and slight adjustments in order to have 180° view of the sea and to create large terraces for each of the modules and a large square.

These 5 modules were conceived as modular villas, containing 7 standard double bedrooms each. All the standard room have a great view of the sea, complete with individual terrace and pergola. All these modules are connected by a main staircase going through and around all of the site. The staircase, not only connects the villas but also creates beautiful public terraces and interesting viewpoints. On the main public terrace there is a restaurant with indoor and outdoor service area, a quarter Olympic sized pool, complete with a pool bar and lounging area.
