The multifamily residential building is located right in an important area of the city, next to the Southwest of Tirana Olympic Park (TOP) and the North of Botanical Park. The buildings architecture follows the new built complex on the East, creating a unified residential area. The façade from the street is treated with dark gray tiles and loggias, maintaining a cold attitude towards the noisy public area. Whereas the south façade is lined with terracotta colored tiles and balconies, as it faces the inner courtyard and the entrance of the inhabitants. In each floor are implemented plants and olive trees communicating with the panoramic views, Dajti mountain and Selita hills.
