The starting point of the project was the idea of minimizing the footprint and connecting closely with the dramaticity of the site. Located 10 minutes from the city center, large wave-like windows capture the expansive views of the Adriatic sea. The exterior is created as a strong sculptural element and in the same time reflects the surroundings and the sky, creating a camouflaged and dramatic landscape, framing and revealing contours and unusual scenarios. The program of the hotel is clearly vertically separated in two parts, public and the accommodation. The 85 rooms are divided into two pavilions superimposed together and the “public” facilities are organized in the ground floors
