This residential complex represents an urban and architecture design influenced by its orientation and composed by 2 typologies of villas. Ten houses that are considered luxury villas, equipped with pools, private green spaces, spaces for parking and a big basement.

The houses are designed from clear volumes and natural materials, always seeking cross ventilation, natural lighting and a delicate fit into the building site. The deployment is made up by distinct and perpendicular volumes, which envisioned the organization of spaces and functions creating three different plateaus.

In the first floor, there is the accesses for an open space which contains the kitchen, the living room and the stairs that gives access to the first floor equipped with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In this floor, each room has different views toward the property.

On the second floor is the couple’s bedroom, a big wardrobe and a big bathroom with Jacuzzi. In addition, you will find a balcony over the pool, taking advantage of the beautiful view of the surroundings. Once again, privacy is present.

All these spaces camouflaged from the street by a green wall, which at the level of the second plateau is low and allows you to enjoy the view of the horizon while externally it is high, softened by the vegetation providing total privacy to the residences.

Ten other villas called Row Houses are located in the center of the complex and positioned near each other, having the entrances in different directions. In this way we create intimacy and privacy for each one of this villas.
